What Happens If I Gave A Loan And The Member Does Not Refund It?
The loan you gives is secured by the general performance of Naija Loan members not an individual. Therefore when you give loan it is not the individual you give to you that pays you back.
When you want to get your pay click withdrew then the system will automatically pair you with a member that want to give similar amount of money as Loan. It is that member or those members that will pay you.
Immediately you get the payment in an alert in your bank, login to your account and confirm that payment.
On the other hand, when you realized that your pair refuse to pay you, go to your account and click "Not Paid" then the system will repair you with another member to complete the payment.
Consequently, the account of that member will be suspended for not paying you and not saying "I Can't Pay". This is also a lesson to you. If you do that you will as well get the punishment.
But how can N1,000 turn to N120,000 in a month? Is the maths right?
The maths here is a progressive maths there are 6 progressive levels on NaijaLoan, and the maximum a member can risk is N1,000, as everybody has to start from level 1.

To get on board visit Naija Loan homepage HERE And Register With My Affiliate Link. Once you are there, scroll down and click on Get Started, or click on the menu icon, and click on Register. Why Is The Get Started Or Register Button Not Working?
Someone once complained that the get started or register button was not working.

The only time that happens is when you breaks one of the rules of NaijaLoanb that means your account has been banned. That can happen for failing to make payment while clicked on "I Have Paid". There is no solution to this other than to create another account.What Should I Do If I Have Forgotten Email?
If you have forgotten your email, go to the Login page and click on Forgot Email and the system will take you through the process to recover your email.
What should I Do If I have Forgotten Password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click on Forgot Password to reset it.
I Realized That My Password Is Correct, But It Is Still Showing Wrong Password?
This only occurs if # is included in your password. Naija Loan says it their fault. Their new software version filters # from passwords. So if you registered on their old software version, you may encounter this error.
To resolve this issue you have to change your password. Go to the Login page and click on Forgot Password to change it.
Account Suspension! Why?
Account Suspension happens when you break a liter rule reportedly. You will be suspended for repeatedly failing to make payment.
If your account was suspended, you won't be able to Give Loan or Withdraw. Suspension will last for 15 days.
What Is Blocking of account?
The worse thing that can happen to member of NaijaLoan is blocking of account. Nothing else you can do when your account is blocked.Having a blocked account account, you won't be able to Login, Give Loan or Withdraw. The worse of all is that any other account you create or have will also be blocked.
NaijaLoan will only block your account for scam related issues.
How Do I Make Payment?
Go to the Transactions page and click on Activate. You are to click on Join Level 1. Once you have done that, the transaction will be pending till you are paired with the member you will make payment to. Once you are paired, you will see the bank details you will make the payment to.
I have Clicked On Activate, But The Status Is Showing Pending?
Don't be worry. You are still on the right track and this is normal. It only means there is no available spot for now. Once there is an available spot, you will be paired to make payment. And once you are paired, you will see the bank account to make payment into, and other instructions.I have Been Paired. What Next?
Now that you have been paired go ahead and make payment into the account number that would be shown on your Transactions page. When you have made the payment, click on "I Have Paid".By doing this, you are confirming that you have paid. And the person you paid to would also do the same. Some times the person you paid to may not get the alert immediately or forgot to confirm you try an call the person to inform him/her about your payment.
How Do I Make Withdrawals?
To make withdrawer: Go to your Transactions page and click on Withdraw.If you are on level 1 and you don't have a downline, you will be asked to bring at least 1 downline to be able to withdraw. This is only required on level 1. Level 2 upwards doesn't require this.
You need 1 active downline PER withdrawal. That means if you have 1 active downline, you will be able to withdraw only N1,000. If you have 2 active downlines, you will be able to withdraw only N2,000. If you have 3 active downlines, you will be able to withdraw only N3,000. If you have 4 active downlines, you will be able to withdraw only N4,000. If you have 5 active downlines, you will be able to withdraw all your N5,000.
How Much Is Each withdrawal?
For Level 1: You will pay N1,000 to get N5,000. Withdrawal is also N1,000 each. That is, you will withdraw N1,000 five times. Making a total of N5,000.For Level 2: You will pay N5,000 to get N10,000. Withdrawal is also N5,000 each. That is, you will withdraw N5,000 two times. Making a total of N10,000.
For Level 3: You will pay N10,000 to get N20,000. Withdrawal is also N10,000 each. That is, you will withdraw N10,000 two times. Making a total of N20,000.

The following reasons might be the cause you not been credited after uploading your proof of payment
1. The person you paid to has not yet confirmed you.
If you are seeing Member: "Pending", it means the member you paid to has not yet confirmed you. All you need to do is to call the person and ask him or her to Confirm you.
If the member refuses to confirm you don't worry the transaction will be automatically confirmed in 72 hours and the member will be punished.
2. The member you paid to claimed you have Not Paid.
If you are seeing Member: "Not Paid", it means the person you paid to claims you have Not Paid. In this situation, you have to contact NaijaLoan. But wait for 24 hours before making the contact.
Fever violate this advise because if you do not obey this instruction, your email will be blacklisted. Therefore whenever you need a serious help, you won't be able to reach support team.
I Have Paid, But Your Transactions Status Is Showing NOT PAID (Black Background)?
This means you failed to click on " I Have Paid" till your time expired
In this situation, please call the member you paid to and ask for a refund.
If the member refuses, contact support. Though no guarantee that you will get your money back since you were the one that failed to click on I Have Paid before your time expired. So be very sure you click on "I Have Paid"

The Member Paired To Me Did Not Pay Me But Went Ahead And Clicked On PAID?
Some delay may be as a result of delay in network, and that could be the reason you haven't seen alert. But once his/her time has expires, make sure you click on Not Paid and wait for 24 hours before contacting support.After another 24 hour and you still haven't seen alert, please contact support again. And you will be paired with another serious member. The member will be punished for breaking the rules.
